league of legends the loading screen is completely stuck

Since I bought my new computer, I often got this problem. I reinstalled the system and game, but it not work. It does not always happen to me but 2 times a week. The loading screen is completely stuck. The "ms" also stoped. I try to close it and reconnect the game, but I can't even open the task manager. The only way is press the power button. I hope someone can help me.

I have the same problem! In tft and in normal games. It is really frustrating because even if you reconnect after restarting the computer, you are never able to get back on track :( and you get reported for afk. If you have a solution, please let me know :)
