So, basically veigar need a rework BADLY. His click skills does way too much dmg to be clicked. Don't nerf him but rework him. He can literally BS -> PB and it does aprox 75% - 100% dmg of your HP. Even if you are going semi tank. Sure he has very little mobility and little to decent aoe if he hits his W, but the dmg output is far to ridiculous. Last time I met him he had 1/0/2 mid, i was around 2.4 k hp %0% MR still he just Q->R and voila I was killed instantly.

sooooooo.... the ap on assist did that? i mean he was ok before that i guees, not nearly as much people complained (it begun at the LCS games, when he was played ONCE)

Veigar needs massive nerfs, not reworks.
