My Suggestions for a Wukong Buff
I play a lot of Wukong top and Jungle and I think he needs a buff. The dude is supposed to be a monkey king but he is barely a monkey slave. His early game is garbage and his abilities are mediocre, he is basically Garen, but with a tiny bit of CC and much worse in terms of tankyness and damage. He doesn't have enough cc to catch running enemies, and he loses in 1 on 1 engages with most top laners. He's not completely unusable, but very few people will see a wukong on top lane or jungle and think "oh damn, that's a wukong. I better be careful." Most of the time it just goes like "Oh look, a wukong. I never see one of those. Free feed for me!"
Some suggested buffs made by me that won't be game-breaking, help him deal more damage and give him a higher skill ceiling/more combos
Crippling Blow
- Now Slows the enemy by 20% for 1 Second
- Cripples the enemy's attack speed by 20% for 1 second
Decoy
- +0.25 Seconds Stealth Duration per level (Starts at 1.5 seconds at level 1, Goes to 2.75 Seconds when maxed)
- If enemies are crippled when they are hit by Decoy, they are stunned for 0.75 seconds
Nimbus Strike
- Now a Skillshot instead of a select
- 15% Increased Range
- 3 Second Increased Cooldown, but if it hits an enemy champion or minion the cooldown is halved
- 20% Increased Damage
Cyclone
- Knocks up enemies again at the end of the duration of the ability for 0.5 seconds (Half the time of the first knockup)
PASSIVE: Stone Skin Now Also Increases Attack Damage and Lethality in addition to Armor and MR for every enemy champion nearby, increases every 3 levels At level 1 - +1 AD for every nearby enemy champion At level 3 - +2 AD for every nearby enemy champion At level 6 - +3 AD for every nearby enemy champion At level 9 - +4 AD and 1 Lethality for every nearby enemy champion At level 12 - +5 AD and 1 Lethality for every nearby enemy champion At level 15 - +7 AD and 2 Lethality for every nearby enemy champion At level 18 - +9 AD and 2.5 Lethality for every nearby enemy champion
Overall these changes will make him not too OP but less of a pushover in the early game, and his Passive as will as his Ultimate will make him a viable choice as a jungler and late game champ.
