Quinn ADC update fail

Okay so first of all WHAT THE HELL. Riot: Were going to make ADCs have more presence in game! YEAH MORE DAMAGE WOOT! Me: "Sweet they'll finally fix the Quinn passive bug against Yasuos W :D" aha. Ha. Ha. Instead now Quinn's ult is useless in fights. Okay. I can live with that more mobi I get it. Also we're reducing Quinn's base damage. Okay so wtf that's not what you were supposed to do... Oh also btw, Quinn's Q doesn't blind. Her main defense. Doesn't. Work anymore...I've died countless times as Quinn now because of the Q nerf. You basically took a good champion, and took away every good thing about her. Oh and the Quinn/Yasuo bug with her passive? Yeah that's still there, just on most every champion now instead of just Yasuo. What the actual hell riot.

She didn't get nerfed. She got buffed in actuality. Maybe you're just bad?

I have 110k MP on Quinn. I'd say I'm fine. Base damage -10, she can no longer engage with her ult making it next to useless in actual fights in lanes where minions are present, her Q no longer blinds giving her no defenses, and most of the time if you hit multiple enemies the passive marks the wrong one. Please do inform us how that's a buff.

You have 110k mastery points as a Quinn main yet you only have negative things to say about her as well as not understanding a buff when you see it. Find a different champion to master and brag about, honestly. Your paragraph basically says "I hate the rework shes so useless now wah wah wah". Her new blind is A LOT better than that execute crap that had no place in her kit to start with. I've had no issue transitioning with the rework + Q changes, infact I find her a lot stronger than she was before the rework, with bug fixes, smoothing out AA's and QoL. Ahri lost amplification on her E but got utility in Q yet people like you still complained that she got nerfed, funny enough she became the strongest mage in the game and needed nerfs shortly after. What base damage are you talking about exactly? Q base damage up and so was harriers base damage, both better scaling, so...? She can engage, you're just playing her wrong by the sounds of things.

Her new blind. Ironically she has no blind now. And the execute is still there, just now poorly used. And like I said, if there's minions in a teamfight, you can't engage because your Q is blocked by minions and your passive is wasted. Depending on your build, that's 1.6k damage gone on a minion. And last time I checked this wasn't a post about Ahri.

I haven't experienced the bug between Quinn's Harrier and Yasuo's Wind Wall anymore after the update.

It did it less, true, I've faced one yasuo and got one bug, but it did it on a lux as well as several other champions when yasuo wasn't even present in the game.

been fighting this failure of a company for many days now and all they did was change numbers/stats, they didnt BUFF or improve Quinn, they just made it look like they did a change, it's fkn pathetic too, 5.23 gona do nothing to the problem

quinn didnt need buffs.

mostly bugfixes and some numbers moved around. her powercurve was just weird. really stupid strong early game, fell off like hell midgame, and scaled into a strong lategame.

moving some power from her early game to her midgame and makign her passive more responsive would have done the trick.

As far as I can tell, they reduced Quinn's base damage by 10. Made her ult utterly useless in fights, and sacrificed her Q for an extra passive. Considering the blind was your defense since Quinn has such short range, that is not okay. Everytime i ADC her It's either close, or I lose lane.
