hextech duplicates

I understand that the hex-tech chest are random but riot should make it to where you won't get champion or skin shards of camps or skins you already own it makes it inconvenient to people who either buy the chest or play games to get them. Riot did it twice I got a jax and a dr.mundo champ shard even though I already own both of them.
