possibly a way to reduce inters and afkers

It seems that when a player ints in a game or goes AFK they know that they wont get punished unless you leave and leaverbuster gets you. A way to reduce the feeders and AFKers in game is to what CS:GO does with cheaters and add an overwatch system. Where a high elo players look at the replay of the game and determine if the player is actually trolling and inting. Maybe then the people that do int and AFK will actually be punished. Just an idea

Or maybe if people stopped reporting everyone who doesn't play up to their standards and it's only having a bad game and actually report people who are truly inting they would be punished a lot faster. Also report the people who are afk, they will get caught since leaverbuster isn't the only way riot has to detect afks

So what would be the pre-requisite of being a High ELO? Are you under the impression that there are no trolls/inters/afkers in high elo? I think Zephyr has a good idea that i feel a lot of people should follow. Only report when you know its grounds of rule breaking/ToS. People will report for basically anything and that can screw up the system. I highly doubt high elo players will take their time doing this especially since i doubt there will be anything to take from it. Let alone how long it would take. I mean CS go matches can go pretty damn fast, and can easily spot someone who is intentionally trying to lose the game. Whereas here it could be something small that escalates into a bigger situation and we have matches that can go on for an hour. Now put into account how many times reports are made and i doubt even every single high elo player would even make a dent into trying to fix that situation!

No I do acknowledge that there are trolls in high elo. In the CS:GO overwatch system it is not just one person that watches a game and then the decision for the player. Many players watch the game and make their own assumption on if that player was cheating or not. If a high elo player does afk too much or troll too much then they just wont get the option of doing the overwatch thing then.
