Lissandra nerfs

I really don't think it's fair to nerf a perfectly balanced champion, that is not even that popular or annoying to play against in "solo" queue and hasn't been touched for a long time and which is sitting at ~47-49% win rate?. But i guess everything is all about LCS lately..
