Banner of command on mordekaiser?
I saw it in a morde build...is it a troll? I know it's a supp item, but is there any situation where it's worth it?
Maybe for the active, when you want to just plow your lane no matter what?
What do you think about?

If the other team was all ap it's not troll, as none of them can affect the promoted minion with ap. But most likely he falsely assumed that it would work on his dragon / champ clone
why is it a supp item? it's legit
So vs an ap comp it can be good on him?
