First of all hi, I ended gold 4 in this season and i di not take the victorious skin. i had ban months ago.

There is the reason you didn't receive your season rewards. You were eligible for rewards if you were honor 2+ before the season ended, otherwise no luck. People who had only received a chat restriction in the previous season have time to get honor level 2 before February 11th but you don't qualify since you had an actual ban.
