A problem I've been experincing

Alright, so I've had this issue several times (and it should be noted) I'm not complaining just to complain. I have a problem with nearly every other new update or so where the patcher get's stuck at 33 percent and says calculating differences scanning files and just does that forever. I've seen that this is a regular issue with some people and one of my friends told me he's never ever seen that issue happen with anyone ever and never heard about it happening either. The only way I can ever fix it is to completely uninstall and reinstall the game. I checked the player support page for a new solution and tried the force re-patch option, it didn't work. Even if I repair the launcher it get's stuck the same way once it get's there I do however appreciate the thought of trying to give players an option like the force re-patch and things of the like. I'm not trying to just sound like a whiner but I've had to reinstall this game over five times because of this every time a big update comes out and it's a huge issue for me. I know I don't have the knowledge or the right to tell you guys (riot) how to do your jobs and I'm not. I'm going to uninstall and reinstall it and see if it works although it's a giant hassle because I don't have a super nice computer but I know that the problem is the game and not my internet or anything I've done enough troubleshooting on my own accord to know that much. I don't want anyone to take this the wrong way I love this game. I was filled with a feeling of joy when you guys gifted me the pentakill skin for being a good sport last year, finally a skin for my main champion! But I have such a hassle with this issue and have read on message boards that other people have this problem too. Like I said I'll reinstall and it will probably fix it, I'm not asking for charity or anything but this is a big problem for me that caused me not to play for over 3 months at one point, I came back only because of how fast paced tough and fun this game is, The feeling when you win a game after struggling to keep your teams morale together and getting a nice team fight to work out with everyone looking after each other is awesome. I only wish I felt like I was rewarded more for all the trouble I've gone through to play it. Like I said I probably just sound like another whiny bronze player but that isn't the case. Take it how you want I'm going to come back to the game once I can make it work again, thanks for your time (anyone reading this).
