Veigar´s stun has a delay! -__- wtf

Veigar now has a delay on his "Event Horizon"/his stun... Before it was actually possible to stun an enemy with it, but now its useless, might as well just erease his E. I mean enemies can run half a map away before his Event Horizon is up. :(

And no, it is not a question about "skill", you either need to have a IQ below 4, be blind or have no experience with LOL at all, to NOT avoid his stun with the delay. There are way to many champions that needed to be nerfed, but Veigar was not one of them.

Hey man, it's only a .5 second cast time into a .75 second delay totaling to a 1.25 second total delay before someone can get stunned.

You'll still catch the occasional wingless fly if you sneak up from behind.
