Do Teemo Shroom Slow Stack With Rylai?

I was wondering if teemo shrooms stacked with rylai. Does it work? It's a dumb question, but im wondering.

No, not anymore. In the past it did but when they did the big AP changes they changed the slow system so that slows don't stack at all anymore. So your shroom slow will be the only slow that affects the enemy.

I think they changed slows so they don't stack, but the stronger slow applies.

Teemo's mushrooms slow for 30/40/50%, but then the slow decays. Rylia's applies a 40% slow on AoE abilities for 1 second, and a 20% slow for 1 second for Damage over Time.

So between levels 6-11, you could make the initial slow slightly stronger, and you could probably make the post-hit slow slightly stronger, but overall it's probably not that noticeable.

I'm pretty it no longer does. The strongest slow is applied to the target. I'm not sure how long each slow is applied for but using Teemo's shroom as an example, if the shroom slow duration is less than Rylai's duration, then Rylais will be applied once the shroom slow is gone. Given that Teemo's shroom slows far more and I'm guessing longer than Rylai's passive, Rylai's slow will become a non-factor, meaning it's not really there until shroom slow is gone.

I think this works for all slows now.

Please correct me if I'm spewing misinformation.

NO SLOWS STACK, PERIOD.

the strongest slow will cancel all the others.

While slows use to stack multiplicatively they no longer do and only the stronger one will apply.
