Deaths per minute
How many deaths could you get in 20 mins if you continuously ran into lane to die? Trying to settle a dispute because I don't believe you could die 24 times in 20 mins.

Just create a custom match and try it yourself.
Please don't try to find out in a matchmade game.
Yep, and use dead time runes if you want hahahaha
EDIT: if you remain on level 1 and avoid the lane and go straight ahead against towers then you will respawn sooner, it is something that can vary a lot
you have to set rules as well if getting 24 deaths is the only parameter it would make your testing quite long you have to include 
and champs that injure them selves 
as well as the death time runes and summoner spell reduction mastery and
