Anyone else always matched with low rank team members?

Been playing since before s1 even dropped. CLimbed from b2-s3 and every game (atleast it seems like it) im put into games with lower ranking teamates? ive yet to be put in a game with a s3+ teammate. Is this a thing or am i just unlucky?

S4 to S1 isn't that different tbh. Also, they don't match you based on your rank but on your MMR, you could be S4 but have an S1 MMR. If the system thinks you belong to a lower rank, it'll match you with people with a lower MMR, and vice versa.
