Match Making Problems PLZ HELP!!!

I never wanted to write this but I really had enough with the unbalanced match making for both normals and ranked. I know there are more than enough people complaining about having very unskilled teammates; well, I too have this problem but I believe that mine is different: There is an obvious skill difference between my teammates and the enemy team. Not just a player or 2 but the entire team, and almost all of my games are like that, especially ranked ones. Elo wise, my team normally has only bronze silver and sometimes gold players, but the enemy team always have a full team of players in gold, plat and diamond. It's like, their can kite three of our players and flash away from 's ult, but our just walks in to a team fight and dies before he can touch anyone and ult....

Anyways, does anybody have the same problem? My friend told me that this may be a server defect, or I offended some riot staffs (He may be joking). From other posts I found out that this have something to do with my mmr. I checked mine and it matches my elo, which is 1262 for silver 4. I do have a good kda and aram games win rate, but I don‘t think they have anything to do with match making. Can someone help？
