I think Ezreal is not bad at all

I recently picked up Ezreal (I got pulsefire out of a chest, i'm not stupid) and I see youtube videos and posts saying Ezreal is bad, but I disagree. Now, take this with a grain of salt, as I suck at Ezreal, but here's my thought process: Ezreal is a backwards Vayne. With his amazing poke, he trades an awesome laning phase for a sub-par late game. And, Similarly to Renekton, if you get fed enough during lane phase, it makes up for it. There's not a single problem with Ezreal, if he needs a buff at all, I could really go for a cooldown decrease on his E. (Even if he is bad the Mr. Worldwide meme makes up for it)
