Take away the global OR make it have a charge up wind up duration like karthus ult. Not much just enough to know its coming maybe a one second channel? Change the ult to be more like twisted fates or ryzes to have a range to have her commit to some section of the map and be forced to make a decision[actually have a decision as to what objectives are being supported ahem emphasis on support] not just woop heres your health bars back.
