how are you gonna present us new skins for us to buy if the servers can't even run smoothly? I lost LP and got demoted to p4. At least give us our LP back.....thiefs...

This is why LP loss/gain needs to be based on personal performance, using the stats system to compare how well you did each game to how other people using that champ do on average in your division. Riot is literally punishing innocent players because they can’t run a stable game.

I had the client bug and prevent me from loading into the game, and when I went to load into the game after restarting the client it was already remade. I lost 20 LP. I talked to support they helped me fix the issue and said that they cannot give LP ever because it would alter ranked. Makes no sense as I was playing games all day with no issues and the only person to lose LP was me so it was altered already. over the season I have probably lost 200+ LP on AFK's, trolls, and 2 random DC's (1 was my fault but my computer hard drive died lol). Either way ranked is already altered with the shit that goes on can we get back some of our damn LP for stupid shit. So hard to gain so easy to lose.
