What is going with the server?

Egoist Inori··1 votes·301 views

I took a journey to CA this summer, and found that the network is soooooooo gooooooooood there(always about 10 ping). But I'm now studying in NY, and the ping is about 100. It really affects on my reaction.(I main ADC, and I know it has such difference under the good network)

If RIOT coulda help solve this problem? This is a nerf on people lives in eastern of US.
