When will the clients match making be fixed?

I keep getting put into games with crap teammates. I get a good winning streak, but then I start to lose because I guess the client thinks I can carry people. I'm just doing my job/ role with a team that has a brain. I don't carry people, yet when the time comes I'm put into game with shit players and end up losing more games than I won on that streak.

I'm getting high silvers and the occassional gold matched against bronzes all night.

I was in S5 matched against a gold 3 duo I think they said. I didn't bother to check because Gold isn't exactly a high elo to pretend to be in.
