Yasuo crit chance

Ever since 9.6 the item brawler's gloves is not a unique passive. So I'm not saying that it's a good idea, but does this make yasuo's earliest 100% crit buying five of these things for a total 2000 gold. Again, I don't think this is a good idea, But getting to 100% crit for less total gold than a phantom dancer or shiv sounds pretty neat.
