Status on Abyssal scepter

So i was wondering what ever happened to the abyssal scepter rework? I mean the Idea on it seems really cool about how it will be for the Ap brusiers. For example, Diana, Ekko, And Even some tanks like Gragas. What ever happened to it? Is it still ice-boxed like the mandrake ward? Or is it just completely scrapped? Also what i swore i recall there being a Ap Mage Armour that game MR similar to how hourglass gives Armour in the works. You goys working on that or that scrapped also?

I hope they ditched the idea for good, they should just make a new item for it, reworking abyssal just sounds dumb to me. It's a necessary item for ap laners who get slaughtered by the likes of Leblanc

it would be cool if it was build from item 3136 changing the +15 magic penetration for the aoe MR decrease for opponents.
