Halloween champ Idea

This October I think it would be cool to introduce a Halloween themed champion, I was thinking a Left For Dead representative.

Just throwing this idea out there because LFD2 and League are two of my favorite games.

Combine some of the special infected abilities together and you could have a plethora of viable champion ranging from a toxic ranged mage like that of a spitter or a charging beast of a tank or bruiser based off the charger or tank.

Specifically I was thinking of a champion like this;

passive ability- (insert name here) can see sillouettes of enemy champions within a specific ranged vicinity wether stealthed or not. Q- (insert name) lunges at an enemy champion dealing x amount of damage and applying a fear lasting x amount of seconds. W- (insert name) launches a projectile in a direction covering all enemies within range in a substance that blinds them and lowers their MR and Armor by x amount for x amount of seconds. E- (insert name) launches tongue in direction of enemy champion (skill shot) and upon contact with enemy drags them towards (insert name)dealing x amount of damage, any dmg will interrupt ability. R- champion gains x amount of health and charges towards enemies invulnerable to cc affects but able to take damage.

So this is a rough draft of my idea, I believe there is so much room to expand or change this champion but I would love to see something like this for the upcoming October month of this year! Feel free to comment below and provide suggestions or ideas that might make this champion more balanced or viable in a certain role!
