Smite Top Singed, viable? Op? Trash?

I agree.

But Blue smite (lol) does give you move speed in a sense. Mostly I imagine if you wanted to proxy, it lets you steal a jungle camp pretty easily. Also lets you heal up in early levels off a camp. Actually the biggest thing would be a fast level 2. I don't think Singed gains the most out of it, but it is a pretty big deal to go to lane level 2 vs a level 1.

Cinderhulk will never outclass Sunfire. And you don't really want Sunfire. Runic Echos gives movespeed and AP. But idk, other items seem better.
