The Amount of Negativity and Criticism

I come on these boards, and there's nothing but hate for Riot. It's ridiculous. The company does very good, community involved work and out of all the game companies I've seen is easily the most player friendly/respectful. We're currently in pre-season where everything is crazy and people are still complaining incessantly.

There are great rioters that take time out of their day to communicate with the players and sometimes play with us. They don't deserve the hate because you had to play against something you think is OP.

People are passionate about this game. Riot should expect to generate a lot of hate /rage/anger/disappointment when they change things people are comfortable with, etc.

Frankly, despite the negativity Riot gets a lot of good feedback from their customers on these boards. Most companies have to offer incentives to get their customers to provide feedback.
