inappropriate matchmaking, 2nd try [EDITED]

I've been playing this game for the last 4 years, long story short, after about 2 years i started playing ranked with my friend Njale whom has been my premade partner for the last 2 years. 90 percent of my games was with him. In the first season of play, we didn't care too much about our results because we were still new. We reached silver 2 and then started droping all the way to bronze 1 believe it or not. Despite our under average scores i think that the blame for that is primarely on the rest of our team that we were matched with. We finished that season in silver 4 if i recall correctly. To get back on the point and the thing that made me come here and post for the first time ( season 5 and this last game After the first 10 matches we had a score of 5-5 and were place in bronze 4 and 5, and despite that we reached silver 2 promotion games in a relatively short time . After unsucessful promo games we're now in silver 4 for what i blame riot for horrible matchmaking. We're in silver 4 for the last 3 months. I request from riot to take intro account some other stats when matching team mates because of all my suffering. I'm not asking any kind of refund because i haven't evested anything which is maybe the cause of selfish behaviour from riot. I know this is just the game but i don't want to believe that the only way i can get into higher divisions is to pay to get my acc boosted. If anyone knows who can i talk to i urge you to help me because i think that us 2 deserve much more than this. Because of their bad play i'm starting to believe that my score can't stay without 7-8 deaths, tell me riot is it possible that i haven't learned to play this game in 4 years and that silver4 appropriate skill level.

[EDIT] My previous post was removed by Riot due to a misunderstanding where they assumed the post was about reporting particular players for inappropriate behavior, harrasment, and being unskilled, so I'm making this one to complain to Riot about unfair match making for me and my friend Njale as it seems like the most of the times our opponent team is privileged. I'm sincerely appealing to Riot to apply different parameters for match making in future. In case this post gets removed as well, I am demanding a fully detailed explanation for me being sabotaged.

riot matches for speed first, and balance second.

their system could correctly match us based on our skill level and experience, but it would take 15+minutes to find a match every single time. which is why they sacrifice a little bit of skill level determination, for a great increase in speedy matches

which is why its so much better to find 4 friends and make a seroius team with them. or just deal with the broken system and play more.

No, it doesn't. It does exactly the reverse. If it matched for speed first then Challengers wouldn't have 20 minute queues.

right, they only somtimes play with diamond 2 and 3 players. not every single game. do you even watch streamers?

they longer you wait in queue, the more riot pulls from higher/below you to get a game going.

Step 2: Determine eligible opponents:

Initially, the system will only match players with similar MMR. As time passes, the system will very slowly broaden the MMR range it considers acceptable.

This is exactly what I'm saying. It prioritizes balance (similar MMR) over speed (slowly expands search into broader MMR differences). You appear to be attempting to argue with this while saying the same thing.

just stop talking, please, you have no idea what you're talking about.

you just admitted im right.

lets say i have a value of 1550. riot will look for someone with 1550, no one? lets fine some with 1551, and now 1549? oh look we found one.

now lets say we have a team of a 1550, a 1549, 1530, 1556, 1540. riot takes the averages of this team (players could range up or down, pending what rating were around), the team average is 1545, riot then looks for another team with an average 1545 rating as well, better find something a little above or a little below. well this team is at 1560 rating, eh, close enough. (because enough time has passed to warrant it)

not realizing that some player could be carrying the rating, or theres a duo queue, and theres a 1590, and a 1460 in the group.

i wonder how their 1460 whos on an off pick champion because he didn't get his prefered role will perform against the 1556 who gets his preferred role and champion will do.

suddenly snowball.

im saying riot could forgo the broadened search method, and instead wait longer for someone to strictly fall into this specific range, exclusive 1550~1560's play together, it would take longer to start matches.

riot broadens its search for the sole purpose of starting a match faster.

TLDR - ITS SIGNIFICANTLY EASIER FOR RIOT TO FIND A BUNCH OF PLAYERS WITHIN A HUNDRED POINTS OF EACHOTHER, THAN IT IS FOR THEM TO FIND 10 PLAYERS ALL WITH THE SAME MMR

hence, bad matches, feeers, and snowball riven.

I literally said we're saying the same thing... I also linked the support article. You're arguing with yourself at this point. Please stop talking to me if you're just going to get upset and go on a rant.

riot will sacrifice balance for speed, get that through your thick skull, OP complains that matches are unfair, i gave an explanation, you wont shut up.

I asked you not to speak to me if you can't keep it civil and not go on a rant. I linked Riot's support article stating exactly what I am saying to clear up any confusion yet you continue to find some reason to argue with it.

Quit harassing me.

Exactly what "stats" do you think should be used to determine your skill? KDA? The only point that matters in a match is the Nexus kill; how that is achieved is irrelevant.

WHY DON'T YOU INCLUDE OTHER DETAILS, LIKE HOW MANY KILLS OR DEATHS I HAD, TO DETERMINE MY RATING? If we did, it would encourage players to focus on killing other players instead of strategically winning the game. For instance, players who choose supporting champions would be adversely affected because they are not expected to earn kills. By putting as many measurements and incentives as possible on specifically winning a game, we avoid side behaviors that aren't as fun and confuse the rating process.

DOES "ELO HELL" EXIST? Many players feel that, through no fault of their own, they are stuck in a situation where they can no longer progress. There are several key factors that can heavily contribute to this feeling. The first of these is that when we take a look across all games, some players actually require a pretty high number of games to reach their true MMR. For these players, what feels like an unsurpassable wall may end up being just a small road bump.

From a psychological perspective, the two major factors which contribute to the sense of "ELO Hell" are the Dunning-Kruger Effect and negativity bias. The Dunning-Kruger effect refers to the phenomenon where people tend to rate their own abilities as much higher than average, regardless of reality. For League of Legends, this translates into most players rating their matchmaking rating at about 150 points higher than their actual matchmaking rating. Negativity bias refers to the cognitive trend where people’s negative experiences tend to be more mentally "sticky" than positive experiences. In other words, negative experiences, such as playing with a leaver or a troll, will have a larger impact on your memory.

There is no question that being human can leave us feeling frustrated with our peers. At the same time, when we have analyzed the problem mathematically, we have not yet found any statistical evidence of a win-rate bias. The bottom line is that our players care and therefore we care and will continue looking at the problems for ways to improve the experience.

I'm fed up with playing ranked on this unfair game for 2 years, they should start working on improving/boosting the match making system rather than providing free sking giveaways, etc.
