Bring Some Form of Team Builder Back

Hello all!

While I quite like the new Champion Select for Draft and Ranked matches, there is a major drawback that the old Team Builder queue allowed quite nicely: in the current setup, there is no way to specifically practice one champion in a PvP setup. For example: at this moment, Jhin was just released today. And while I would like to use him and practice him in-game, he is often banned in Ranked and Draft and auto-locked in blind pick. With the old Team Builder, there was a way to choose what champion you wished to play, then enter games, which allowed you to practice specific champs in an unranked, but PvP setting in order to improve your skills in a way that facing bots in a custom game doesn't fully mimic.

Any chance Riot could set up something similar, for that purpose? Or do I just have to be a jerk like quite a few other people in Normal Blind and auto-lock a champ before calling a spot?
