Does anyone else notice that the mastery vampirism still gives spell vamp

Spellvamp was only removed from items. The mechanic still exists elsewhere, as intended.

They removed it from items, not from the game entirely.

they only took it off items not anything else yet

Spell vamp as a stat is still present in thee game in many places, there is just no item in shop that would grant it.

So what? Akali can get Spellvamp out the ass still with AD, and with runes on top of that. I've had games where I got like 30% Spellvamp cause I get a maw or something.

yeah and morgana still has spell vamp this is all fine. A 2% spell vamp mastery isn't going to make Vlad broken.
