Premades in ranked

So... Legitimate question here. When is riot going to bring back Solo queue vs. Solo queue? I have no problem with people wanting to play with friends... I understand that... But lets be real here... If they want to play with a premade they should have to wait to get a premade of the same amount of people on the other team. I just got out of a game where their entire team (maybe a 4 man last guy didnt have his group/clan thing listed) was premade where as we had 2 people in party and 3 solo's. This shit is ridiculous. I (as well as a crap ton of other people) dont ALWAYS have the option to queue with friends... So why in the hell... are you partying us up against people that are queued together? ESPECIALLY in ranked. Just super frustrated with this whole thing.
