Early Surrender

I feel like early surrender is not completely fair to the team who's going to win the game. I spend up to 15 min trying to get into a game. after another 5 min the enemy team decides to surrender because afk. That's a waste of up to 20 min of my life. I'm going to have to wait up to another 15 min to find a game, select a champion, etc. I feel like the victorious team should get something for it. Even if its only 5 LP so its not a complete waste of time. Maybe even give the losing team the same. At least a little something so its not a complete waste of time.

Try being on the team that has an afk but waits till after the 3 minute mark before it "DC's".. And you end get a free loss because of it, you sit and suffer 4v5 until the 20minute mark. And if you are somehow winning that game, you then make 1 mistake and lose, because the entire game they have had 1 person free to do what ever he pleased. You send 1 to stop him then you have a 3v4...

Personally had this happen to me this morning and wasn't happy. Completely unfair. So in all honestly be happy your game wasn't an auto lose.

Or maybe those who came from an early surrender get top priority in queue. That could really mess up times though...

so you're pissy because the enemy team wanted to play with a full 5 man team and you wasted what is actually around 10 minutes? maybe if your mom taught you the world doesn't revolve around you, then you might realize if they don't remake it they would be LOSING points wasting 20 minutes more then if they do. the people with the afk are choosing to save themselves 30 minutes and spend less time in a lost game you deserve NOTHING for it because you didnt earn shit you wouldn't even deserve points for winning a 4v5 but riot gives you points because its not your fault they left

Been there... the rest of the team decided to surrender so I could do nothing.

They or anyone who surrenders at 20 are overestimating themselves and thinking their skills are God-tier.

A game can be turn around if the team where to focus and regroup. So sometimes, it is best to play with players whom you know, a 5-man queue if possible to avoid solo players from getting dragged if things went bad.
