how come i get bug splated mid game then cant rejoin?

i tried to join a game it bug splated "its happened before i know what to do" close league launcher re-open it, login, i load in now im in the middle of lane Against an ekko then i dc and couldn't rejoin is it the spaghetti coding or my wonky luck?[sg-lux-2]
