Riven so busted

I've never really had an issue dealing with Riven. She's pretty snowball dependent, so if you can stop her from getting ahead (i.e. Don't feed her, alert your allies if she roams) she isn't that useful later in the game.

I've only really be crushed by a Riven once, during a game where I was playing Irelia. I messed up early and died to her in lane stupidly, which let her snowball to the point I couldn't fight her. At that point, I just focused on pushing out the lane so I could roam and help my team and asking an ally to come with me to stop Riven from taking towers. We ended up winning that game because we used CC and some burst damage to handle Riven in teamfights (if she's CC'ed, she's very squishy without her shield and mobility/interrupts) and took objectives.

Most games, I just play passively, focus on farming (know how to manage minion waves, very important), and outscale her.

In my personal outings against Rivens, the problem is how good her kit is for baiting me into my death. Yeah she has one hit left I got this!...not. IMO, she isn't so bad if you play the right kind of playstyle against her (I've had success with the denial strategy).

But yeah, like most snowbally champs, she can easily get out of hand.

You mean worse than she's already been nerfed? Riven is good, but if you've got a good early champ and are smart, you should be leaving her in a quivering pile of blood.
