Tristana's Rocket Jump!

Before anything I apologize if this has already been mentioned by Riot or already has a thread on the boards (I tried to find one but with no luck so I figured I'd make one!) With that being said, I was wondering about Tristana's new mechanic on her W, which is that if she detonates a fully stacked E her Rocket Jumps cooldown is reset. But this never seems to be the case for me! So I was curious if it's just bugged right now, and I cannot find a thread saying so because I'm blind. Or if there's more to the mechanic and it just went over my head. Any information is helpful! Thanks guys :)!

It's the same with me, though it happens only occasionally. I've noticed this in a lot of matches, being that I'm a Tristana main. It's most likely a bug that they'll fix before S6 comes along. Wish they'd at least have kept her E's cooldown reduction ability, but oh well. Just makes you have to build to make up for it.
