We Need To Talk About Quinn

Hello Riot + Fellow Summoners.

Quinn has been free this week and I've been playing her pretty much non-stop because she is so much fun - I love her roaming, insane burst damage (with the right combo) and her E is so so cool.

But she has some serious Quality of Life problems.

Firstly, her passive. If you Q>AA the mark will often not proc denying you the bonus damage that's pretty sweet harass in lane. And then there are those times when you auto a target and her passive comes down mid flight, only to not do anything but sit there while they run away with ~100 more hp than they should have. I don't know what the problem is with her passive but it makes her so frustrating to play as because you think you're going to do X amount of damage, but thanks to her bugged passive you do about half of it.

Then there's her Q itself. I understand it's been a point of contention before when reworking her in the preseason of S6. I think it's absolutely awesome in it's current form with the vision reduction (I stole Dragon with it a couple games ago, that was sweet). But its hitbox and animation simply DO NOT MATCH. It looks ~25-50 units longer than it really is which can be really deceptive. You think you've landed a sweet max range Q aaaaaaand nope. Valor can be over the opponent and it still misses, it's so frustrating.

I'd just like to say I think Quinn is in a really good spot right now - she has obvious and punishable weaknesses (poor laning phase, low attack range) and obvious and accessible strengths (roaming, burst damage) and I don't think she needs any balance changes, but it would be really nice if my success on her was more due to my skill on the champion rather than seemingly random bugs or flaws in her coding/makeup/visuals/etc.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who would really appreciate it if you could at least take a look at Quinn, she is so good but so frustrating to play.
