Sylas Ultimate requires low IQ

For Sylas's ultimate cooldown/damage ratio rate being at the rate as it is (and the rate that it could be) it is absolutely insane that his ultimate isn't a skill shot. I among a lot of other players thought that the ability was a skill shot similar to Urgot ultimate and attempted to dodge it to no avail. Thus meaning that the ultimate takes absolutely no skill to utilize and is essentially point and click.
