Why remove bone plating?

I think it serves a great purpose.

Super strong early, in a short trades.

Kinda useless late game.

Why not just ADD another, and have 4 options.

Same with Dark Harvest.

Why not just make another option?

If we are going to have runes, that add a ton of power, why not have more options?

If we had like 5 keystones in each tree, I would think that was a good thing.

I like options.

In fact, it feel like the more options, in a way the easier it would be to balance.

I mean there is always going to be some champions that use a particular rune better than others, Ezreal but weather you have 10 options, or 100 options, I think the outliers will be there.

If there was 100 options, the outliers would be easier to spot.

Add a 4th resolve rune and a 4th inspiration tune that are purely defensive
