I am telling you as 65% w/r Brand ,that it is a nerf. You are winning in laning phase. Right from lvl 1. Now it is harder to do. By the stage of teamfight you already need to stomp.

But you got it in silver elo I usually have an 80% or higher winrate at that elo so your winrate really does not mean much .

you are talking about low elo, and unless you treat d3 as low elo too, then my w/r means something.

Does not count when your a gold player who has a spiked winrate from climbing be like me on yi going through iron to plat with a 80% winrate just says I am playing vs worse players but my winrate should even out a lot more when I get to the elo I belong .

Does not count cause stupidly high winrate usually mean to a degree your smurfing or you do this crap I hate where you kinda 1 trick a champ then just pick random champs you don't know at all and it keeps you from climbing where you belong like people who first time riven and zed in ranked .

The difference is you now gain 1% more per 100 ap and start 1.5% down so its right .
