4K Scaling

So i know this issue has been talked about before by multiple people but does anyone actually know why the UI doesn't scale properly or why riot is unable to add a fix. This is 2018 and 4K displays are much more common and having such small UI (specifically the cursor) is a massive disadvantage over players on a normal display. The fact that you cant even use 3rd party software to re scale this stuff without getting banned is a real pain in the ass. [sg-poppy]
