Thresh nerf

As a thresh main its harder to lane pressure if you miss a hook you are dead or you have to wait 20 seconds for one hook that you probably Will miss if you are not good with skill shots the way im going is probably you can make the CD of the hook 19 or 18 the mana can be 65 cuz the lane pressure became weaker and i know that riot wants most of the champs in the meta and if your adc wants to engage and you miss the hook oh oh you and your adc are dead i Will be glad if you make those things or even one of them #makethreshgreatagain
