Garen has way too much tankyness on top of boosted life regen and his overpowered silenced and now he has true damage along with boosted movement speed with his Q. This is a perfect character all around and needs to be nerfed to have more of a weakness.

Garen's regen was not changed in any way, shape, or form. His silence got nerfed, his movement speed got nerfed, and his true damage only effects one random target.
Garen got gutted what are you talking about? He's thrown in the pile of champions not to play, like Quinn.
