How do you NOT freak the fuck out when you are in a 1v1 and press all the buttons! it happens to me every time and it's super embarrassing flashing on top of myself and ulting in the wrong direction

Practice on bots and make a conscious effort to remain calm and pace your commands. It's all about building muscle memory.
practice, I like to plan ahead so my fingers know what to do
