Two of my skins are locked when I unlocked them 2 weeks ago

When I went into a game, my Mecha Sion skin showed as locked when i had it before and then I looked at the same time i had that skin to my SKT T1 Jhin skin is also locked. Is there some glitch going on for skins bought 2 weeks ago get locked now?
