Is there any way to change your clients language / audio after PBE launcher update?

As the title says, after the PBE changed the launcher you can no longer change language of the client by typing -locale xx_xx in the properities of the shortcut.

Is there any way to change your language now on main server? I think it's unacceptable that Riot are limiting the languages you can change your game to based on your region.
