Can DIana get a buff pls

I feel like some champs are just not getting any attention unless they are played in lcs like jax, bruiser. Diana, talon, and more champs are not getting any buffs and sometimes in a bad spot. I know there are a lot of high elo diana main/players but when your're behind on diana its hard to get back up and be useful in team fights and the last time diana got buffed was 7.14 like ability buffs which was her mini rework. An idea for her is that when she kills someone(champs) with r, its going to restore the cd to 1.5 secs and maybe base dmg increase for q.

Diana needs much more than a buff. She suffers form a drastic lack of itemization just like the rest of the AP Fighter class and her kit in general is far too one dimensional and she needs a mini VGU or larger to fix that.

Diana is at a problem with ap fighter items simply not existing, Talon is perfectly fine and sitting at an actually really good 51.81% winrate
