Sidelining Champions

Suggestion: Everyone who plays ARAM gets those moments where you get that one champion on your list who you regret buying. Completely and totally HATE it. So much that you'd rather disconnect right then and there rather than play it. ( ) What if we could remove a certain percentage of our champion pool from being eligible to play ARAM. make it so that the more champions we own the more we can choose to NOT have a chance of coming up in ARAM. What do you guys think? Good idea? Bad? Let me, and Riot, know what you think.

Edit: Yes I know about Refunds. I'm referring to getting a champion and deciding you just can't stand them after the refund period is over. Like with reworks. I have couple friends who can't stand the or reworks. They can't get refunds because of how long they've had those champions.
