what i heard of the new IE WIll give double crit but it will not give crit itself... so here is my question ....WILL IT STACK WITH YASUO'S PASSIVE ? SO HE GETS I.E and phantom ....30 % from phantom ...hence 60 % from passive + double crit from ie = 120 ..or 100% since there is no 120 % ....so 1 crit item for yasuo along with ie is enough BUT NOW HE DOES 20 % TURE DAMAGE casue of I.E ....so is this a nerf ? (sry for bad english )
yea people say its a buff but its actually one of the biggest nerfs he has ever gotten in his entire history
he has to spend ALOT more gold to get to IE and PD power spike, he does less damage crits in exchange for true damage but because of how conquerer works he cant use his own rune anymore he has to use PtA which isn't nearly as good, etc.
nerf against squishies buff against tanks
If we put aside that this is nerf look it this way.If new ie double crit and his passive stack on each other, it opens a lot new buildpats. Rush cloak of night than full rageblade or new essence reaver or tri force and than finish ie and boots. This also opens place for lethality item(if you decide to go domination tree).And after you can build what you need depending on matchup.But this only can happen if crit stacks. Or just not build ie at all cause conqueror alredy gives true damage and rush pd statikk. Also there is a chance that Riot wont be able to balance this right away so they might kick in ap yasuo.But since this is in pbe maybe just maybe we will get another rune that will give you ad based on crit above 100% (example- if you have 130% crit you get bonus 40 ad) Let's just hope for the best (Sorry for bad English :D)
As a yasuo main ranking in 135 oce yasuo mastery and gold 1(getting plat this week) i think its a nerf with yasuo passive and i would rather not build ie and go pd and stormrazer then bt dt and sterak with a boota of ur choice(sorry for my english)
