please add a pre game/champ selection report or kick

I used to be a silver level player until the re rankings this season and got dropped to the bottom of the barrel in bronze 5, I have worked my way back up to bronze 3 but am stuck there for the following reasons. -people que for ranked and are placed with more seasoned players and have no idea how to play, because it is impossible to hold your rank into the next season I along with many people find this a problem - the most important idea i want to get across if that ranked matches need a pre game ban system so that trolls horrible champion picks into lanes are removed. ex: i have had to dodge games because people join had say that they only have 15 min and that its enough to win a game. thus daming the rest of us to a a lose, so i have to take the 3 lp drop to save me from the 10000lp drop i get after games i have also come across people who pick champions like veigar support and promise me a lose before the game is started. If there was a vote system where if all 4 other players vote yes to a teammate trolling before a game starts they should be placed back in there que for a game no one will care if a game drops we would prefer a way out ill wait 4 times as long for a game to start if it means i can get away from the trolls
