A suggestion to Riot, Mentor ship

Hallo to anybody reading this (if it is "Riot" pleas come back to me with positive or negative reviews) I got an idea from the recent missions (to play with low lv) The idea was to create a special game mode that a player must qualified for to be able to play it, It is basically a mentor ship program that higher lv players can teach low lv players some tricks how to play in a certain role (not necessary to be the best, but just be able to play it so that other player don't get angry or insult the player) It would work like a normal pvp except with a 1 mentor and 4 low lv's, and during the game the mentor can teach the low lv's some tricks to play, like to tell a sup to try not to steal an adc's kills, or as a jng some ganking tricks, or just to teach them what to/not to build on certain champs After a a mach the mentor can get ranked on his/her behavior/help by the 4 low lv's that will create a reputation for the player to be ether a good or bad mentor If anybody have any questions pleas ask, i will try to reply on them And Riot if you think this idea can work please contact me for more information Thank you for reading

This would be better it is was a Mentor style thing instead of a "carry 4 noobs" thing... I love the IDEA of a mentor style reward system, but this isn't how you'd achieve this...

Hallo I get that it will be hard to carry the game but if you/ the Mentor can learn your team some good tricks fasther then the oponents then your team will win and an idea for a reward i thought (A uniqe summoners icon and blou essens (only if you get a certain lv of mentor ship) and the normal amount of exp)

Oh I understand the CONCEPT, but I've found it far better teaching someone how to play in a custom. I mean I spent 20 minutes explaining how to play Malzahar mid in the current meta a week ago with a friend that wanted to try him out. I went through his abilities, builds, positioning, runes, where to ward (he's not played mid before, always jungle), when to ward, when your powerspikes were etc. We then played a friendly 1v1 and I reminded him about bits and pieces, then he went into a game while I jungled and again I reminded him of a few things. He went 3/5/11 that game which wasn't bad tbh, and the next game he did better again.

Something that rewards actually spending time teaching people stuff instead of carrying them in a game might be more valuable... I know they can rewatch the game but tbh they might as well watch a youtube video then instead.

Ya i get your point, but for some real inexperience players that don,t know where to look or to ask for help to play a certain role, this mentor ship can help them find the right person to help them or event tell them where to look for help

That's fair enough, I just feel between AI, tutorials, and youtube guides, this is covered better elsewhere.

Just my opinion though, others might disagree =)

That is also true but there is some tricks like good warding positions and good items that is not in the recommended build And i get what you are saying thy gave us a lot of ways to train

The idea of having mentors help others is good. The details have to be polished more like others point out, but good idea. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
