.35 second delay
If you had to play with a .35 second delay because of your satlelight conection what champ would you play? Or would you just not play?

Well, I play with 150ms ping most of the time, a little more than double that would be pretty frustrating, but the best bet is to play a really tanking champ with no skillshots to land. Pre-Rework WW would have been perfect. He is less so now, but still serviceable if you don't need to land your ulti. I'd say Maoki or Nautilus would be decent to play, even though Naut has a hook and all.
I'd probably play a lot of Heimerdinger, and even then only in normals. His turrets do the majority of his damage if built for them to do so. They'll do their job even if you're on a delay. The W/E are a bit harder, but still not too hard to land with a delay on a target who is just going to dive you, or with predictable range for where they'll cast their skills from.
It would of course be less than ideal, but at least a lot of his damage can be done without you needing to react.
P.S. I'd probably rush an hourglass every game and just plop my R turret+Hit the hourglass active literally any time someone engaged on me, simply due to the delay. But yeah.
Velkoz maybe. Or just play Teemo and depend on your shrooms more.
Satellite Internet is not intended for real-time PvP for a reason, so I'd probably say "abandon hope all ye that enter here."
That said, I remember one game where my network was really acting up and I had a second or more delay between something happening and me seeing it on screen. I was playing Fiddlesticks, and somehow even with all that lag I got a triple kill at one point. His lack of skillshots and good AoE probably make him one of the lag friendlier champions.

dont care, keep smashing away.
try
xD
I would not play.
.35 second delay is 35% of a second, 35% of time.
