Letting teammates decide placement in low queue

Hy! I am here with a problem almost every player may have encountered.....that is placement in low queue...none wants to leave a game...h/she have a reason..e.g internet problem etc..i think the solution to this is that teammates should be allowed to decide whether player should be placed in low queue or not through a voting system...image the frustration you get after disconnecting from a game which is almost won by you but at end you get a leave buster instead of other things ....so it is a request to all my fellows out there to spread the word to riot about it..so they do something about it...ty
